30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@orvona.nl. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your order. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a $10 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items that show signs of damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $10 processing fee and any return shipping costs. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@orvona.nl.
