All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and issue a full refund. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping

We ship to all provinces across Canada. Shipping is free on all orders. Once your order has been handed over to a third-party shipping carrier, Orvona is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the carrier. Orvona is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orvona cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Product Use & Liability

Our products are designed to support your dog's wellbeing and daily life. All products must be used as intended and under appropriate supervision. Orvona is not liable for any injury, damage, or adverse reaction resulting from misuse, unsupervised use, or use contrary to product instructions. Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Returns & Refunds
